ABOUT ME

I am a fine art photographer who loves art in all its forms. I have been working as a professional photographer for the past 6 years and am glad to have built longterm, meaningful friendships with my clients! 

 

I draw inspiration from old master artists and art of antiquity. Some of my favorite eras of art include the Neo-Classical movement, the Pre-raphaelites, the Italian Renaissance, and Ancient Greek Sculpture. What I love about the pre-modern movements are the artists’ attention to technical detail and appreciation of beauty for the sake of beauty. 

 

In my work, I aim to emulate the technical vision of the old masters while inviting in modern-day ideals. 

 

Art has been the center-piece of my life for as long as I can remember. Beginning with my mother who is also a photographer and fine artist, creating and sharing art with others has been my singular enterprise. It is why I picked up my camera and began photographing subjects many years ago. There is no better way to share art than to include others in the process of creation. 

 

Having been a muse in the past, I understand fully the anxiety that can accompany a photoshoot and having the spotlight on you. I do everything in my power to make you feel comfortable and safe during your session. That way, you can focus on enjoying the creative process and let your creative forces flow.
